Inline UV measurement
The UV inline sensor continuously monitors the UV output.
Indirect UV radiation reaches the sensor, which measures the UV radiation inside the UV housing.
The CPU of the UV system processes the measurement result displays it on the control panel.
UV dose rate in mW/cm² and UV dose in mJ/cm² are shown. When measuring the UV dose, the current machine speed and the dwell time of the substrate under the UV lamp are taken into account.
A reduction in the UV output below a defined warning value can thereby be avoided.
